With regular and effective communication with the client, the project development process is dealt with professionally and with a consistent point of contact.
Once the client's idea has been explored and tested, Aura then take care of the planning process, building regulations and construction design & management regulations (CDM) on behalf of the client. Value for money for the client is always Aura's top priority.
Aura North East are renowned for their successes in designing and constructing major projects and have completed major projects with capital values of more than £380 million. The design, construction (including furniture fittings & equipment and ICT) and project management roles are assumed on behalf of the client. Aura is also active with cash flow assistance for the project through the initial stages and will seek funding & grant opportunities.
Risk management is of high importance and is done in the pre-construction stage, which results in savings from project inception to construction start on site. Early planning and programming can also cause further savings once the construction team is involved. Building Information Modelling (BIM) also contributes towards risk management and is a worthy tool for positive results.
Healthy and safety is at the heart of Aura North East. Appropriate measures are taken to ensure the safety of workers. The development of safety initiatives are also carried out on site to educate school children on the dangers of construction sites as well as minimising the disruption to clients and reducing the risks of refurbishment projects.
